At DadoMod, we aim to provide a simple and reliable delivery service for all orders.
1. CURRENT DELIVERY AREA
DadoMod currently offers delivery within the United Kingdom.
We may expand our delivery services to additional countries, including countries within the European Union, in the future.
The countries available for delivery will always be shown at checkout.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
For deliveries within the United Kingdom:
Standard Shipping: £9.99
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over £100
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping charges may be updated from time to time.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
Standard UK delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, adverse weather, carrier delays, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The estimated delivery information available at checkout will apply to your order.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability and the fulfilment process.
Some products may be shipped by third-party fulfilment and logistics partners.
Products may therefore be dispatched from different locations and may arrive separately if an order contains products supplied from different fulfilment locations.
5. THIRD-PARTY FULFILMENT
DadoMod works with third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to process and ship certain products.
This means that products purchased through DadoMod may be shipped directly from a third-party fulfilment location.
This does not affect your consumer rights. DadoMod remains responsible for your order and for handling customer service, returns and refunds in accordance with applicable law.
6. TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to you by email after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
7. DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, strikes, severe weather, customs procedures, public holidays, transport disruption or other unforeseen events.

8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
For deliveries within the United Kingdom, any applicable taxes and charges will be handled in accordance with the information provided at checkout and applicable UK law.
If DadoMod begins shipping to the European Union or other international destinations, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Where applicable, information about such charges and delivery arrangements will be provided before or during checkout.
9. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact us at support@dadomod.com as soon as possible.
Additional delivery or return costs may apply where permitted by law.
10. DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS

11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If DadoMod expands delivery to the European Union or other international destinations, the available countries, shipping methods, delivery estimates and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
Any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the destination country will remain unaffected.
